Stephanie Bertini is an award-winning journalist with more than a decade of experience in television. Her career has brought her to several local news stations in both the United States and Canada. Currently, she reports for WTVJ NBC 6 News in South Florida. Her range of experience includes: anchoring, investigative reporting, entertainment, traffic and weather. Born and raised in Toronto, Ontario, Canada, Stephanie completed a Bachelor of Arts Degree in History and Broadcast Journalism through a joint program between York University and Seneca College. She is currently working on a Journalism Master’s Degree at the University of Miami. Stephanie has received several industry honors for her work, including an Emmy nomination, two Regional Edward R. Murrow Awards, and a National Edward R. Murrow Award.

Stephanie's Journey

Stephanie did not always know that she wanted to be a reporter. In fact, as she was pursuing a degree in History at York University, she was struck with every college student's ultimate existential question; "What Am I Going to Do Now?" Unlike most students however, Stephanie chose to actively do something about this - she took an aptitude test. The rest is history. It's a story we still want to know all about.
